  • breath perception of the world
  • body contact
  • diet supporting mental and physical balance
  • good daily habits
  • stress
  • difficult feelings
  • taming emotions
  • difficult communication
  • daily mindfulness

These are unusual two months in life, strongly focused on mindfulness and celebrating everyday life. We deepen our self-awareness, tame difficult emotions and observe how the pause between the stimulus and our reaction increases day by day. As a result, we get more freedom in choosing our reactions. We deal with stress better. We can switch our body from mobilization to regeneration mode without anyone’s help.

We learn the amazing power of our breath. We get a very practical set of breathing exercises derived from pranayama, which, depending on our needs, can give us energy or balance, cool our emotions when we need peace of mind. Working in a group gives many benefits, exchange of experience and support throughout the whole process.

This period allows you to fully implement and root the practice of mindfulness, and make meditation part of everyday mental hygiene.

Mindfulness Online training

the first and last meeting are held in Poznań, the other classes are conducted on one of the online messengers. Mindfulness Online training has a total of 5 meetings, about 2.5 hours each. The last meeting is Mindfulness Day, it will last about 4.5 hours. This is a great opportunity to use a practical tool to reduce stress, which is Mindfulness and deepen self-awareness, regardless of where we live. Not everyone can afford continuous commute, but each of us struggles with stress, worse well-being, and flood of thoughts. Everyone deserves to know their potential and learn to help themselves.

This course is combined with your daily practice of mindfulness and meditation. It introduces good habits into our lives as well as more emotional space and helps us deal with stress better. As a result, we have better contact with ourselves, others and the world. PRICE: 800 PLN

Women’s energy weekend

these are away workshops for women. During the weekend we touch on topics such as Ayurveda, a harmonizing diet, and stress management. We start each day with yoga and meditation. We practice mindfulness and nonjudgmental awarness. A special time spent among other women, exchanging experiences and kindness. Focused on contact with yourself and celebrating the day. It is a very strong experience of closeness, belonging and the feeling that we are all part of something bigger. An almost tribal sense of community, regardless of age, place of birth or origin.

Workshops for Pregnant Women and Moms are a series of 5 meetings held once a week. Every day we experience emotions, both positive and negative. Pregnancy and the appearance of a child in the world can be full of intense emotions. We are often accompanied by uncertainty, sometimes fear and guilt. Our body and our role in life are changing

Mindfulness and meditation are ways to reduce tension and cope with all feelings that may occur during pregnancy and motherhood. Regular meditation brings peace and allows you to find the right perspective. It helps to accept reality as it is. Breathing exercises derived from pranayama, help us switch to the regeneration mode, which is extremely valuable during pregnancy due to the development of the child and after delivery, because the amount of our sleep drastically decreases. Mindfulness in pregnancy and during motherhood raises our level of satisfaction and allows you to experience this time fully.
