Basic Mindfulness
This workshop allows you to learn about your behavioral mechanisms, difficult emotions and look at them without judging. It builds self-awareness and allows you to enter Mindfulness as a method of reducing stress on a daily basis. It gives practical tools that contribute to the better functioning of employees in the team through the individual work of every employee.

What is the Mindfulness stress reduction method and how to implement it in your personal and professional life? What is stress and what are the consequences of implosion under stress?

Mindfulness- continuation
This workshop is a continuation of BASIC MINDFULNESS. It introduces the
secrets of the nature of our mind and teaches you how to control it by
contacting our senses. Through conscious breathing and instilling mindfulness
in routine activities it lets us switch our body from mobilization mode to
regeneration mode.
The
regeneration mode allows you to reduce the stress-related adrenaline signal
that stays in the blood. The ability to consciously enter the regeneration mode
favours the thought processes and creativity of employees.

Two days away course
This course aims to deepen self awareness and root healthy content that we can apply every day. It deepens our mindfulness and develops beter relation to ourselves. Better contact with yourself translates into better functioning in the world and in the company. Two days of practicing self awarness and group mindfulness practice alows you to translate this into every day life, to make it more balanced and fulfiling. Taking this course you are initiating a big change into your life, that will cover your personal life as well as the professional.

Instructor:
Jagoda Klincewicz is a philosophy graduate with a Master’s degree at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland. She studied Ayurveda and passed the exam for a consultant with dr. Partap Chauchan. She completed Mindfulness (MBSR) training at the Polish Mindfulness Institute in Warsaw and the Mindfulness and Meditation Course in Shree Mahesh Heritage Meditation School in Rishikesh, India. She has repeatedly participated in ten-day meditation retreats in the Vipassana technique, and has been practicing meditation for over 10 years. Currently, she teaches Mindfulness and meditation in Poznan, Poland, conducts Mindfulness trainings and workshops for companies and courses away.
